- Add saved column to news_items table with migration
- Implement toggleSaved and deleteNewsItem methods
- Add UI buttons for saving and deleting news items
- Add daily cleanup at midnight to remove unsaved news
- Include saved items in news synchronization
- Enhance news reader with context menu and current article tracking
- Update RSS feed list with more relevant sources
