Zoom custom implementation

We are abandoning react-zoom-pan-pinch package and going towards a custom implementation. Within this task let's try and have the same functionality as in Geti classic but using our own logic. Do take a look at https://github.com/pmndrs/use-gesture as well for gestures/events
