Version mismatch in k8s_mms_consumer

The version in the k8s_mms_consumer is 1.0.0:
https://github.com/open-horizon/examples/blob/master/edge/services/hellok8sMMS/k8s_mms_consumer/horizon/hzn.json

but the tag in the openhorizon GitHub is 100.0.9:
https://hub.docker.com/r/openhorizon/k8s-mms-service-operator/tags

I will move forward with retagging the image and pushing version 1.0.0
