Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

  • When a suggestion for a glossary term description is approved by a user other than the assigned reviewer, the Glossary Workflow does not get triggered.
    If a reviewer accepts the suggestion, it is auto-approved as expected.

To Reproduce

Screenshots or steps to reproduce

  • Create a description suggestion for a glossary term.
  • Have a user other than the reviewer approve the suggestion.
  • Observe that the workflow is not triggered.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

  • The Glossary Workflow should be triggered whenever a suggestion is approved by User who is not a reviewer.
