Any guidance on deploying collector and sender with http?

When i test locally, everything is working via "https"

When i deploy the application, both of the collector and telemetry sender running in localhost via http scheme
and nothing is working anymore

collector and sender communicate via grpc

is there guidance on how to deploy this properly?
