Description
Adds
OTEL_INSTRUMENTATION_GENAI_UPLOAD_MAX_QUEUE_SIZEenvironment variable to control max queue size for uploads.I also refactored all of the envvar parsing into the entrypoint function and added lots more tests for edge cases parsing the envvars.
