Feat: create different packages with different dependencies

As mentioned in #95 (comment) and https://github.com/orgs/open-uem/discussions/259 this issue has been created to track changes to dependencies and new agent versions that can be created for different scenarios (no VNC, no X11, no Ansible support...)
