As a steering council, we have identified that we see people asking for help about similar things, as well as common misunderstandings.

To complete this card, we should

• Document common challenges people are having by reviewing slack, email, and stack exchange
• For each challenge, document the cause
• For each cause, write a plan to address it
• Implement fixes and monitor communication channels (or seek direct feedback from those raising the challenge)
