Free Text Taxonomies #247
Description
"Free text" taxonomies don't require you to import a set of tags before you can start using them; you just type and create tags as you go.
They are already mostly implemented on the backend, but we haven't built out the UI for them. That's what this epic is for.
It would allow tags like:
- Author=Braden, Author=Tim, Author=Alice, Author=Alice & Bob
- Status=Almost Done!, Status=Needs Review, Status=FINAL don't edit
- License=MIT OCW 3, License=Ask Jan before reuse
- etc.
Note that tags (including free text tags) are not associated with a particular version of content, and are not part of the draft-publish cycle.
