Add a disclaimer on the .net (test) page

Problem

I was using the .net instad of the .org and only realised much later because they look the same.

Proposed solution

Add a disclaimer at the top of the page to remind the user that they are using the .net and that their changes will not go through. The open prices team has done that already for their tool.
