Add a batch grades api endpoint #725
Description
We have recently added an endpoint to retrieve user's grade to a course run.
In order to prevent to spam this endpoint, it could be interesting to improve it in order to accept a batch of course runs to check.
About implementation, we have to ask if we want to allow batching per users, course runs or both.
