QGIS crashes when closing Model Baker Import/Export Wizard

When launching the Model Baker Import/Export wizard, I get the following warning message in the protocol window:

2024-12-12T11:21:45     WARNING    There was an error connecting to the database. Check connection parameters. Error details: connection to server at "localhost" (::1), port 5432 failed: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
              Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?
             connection to server at "localhost" (127.0.0.1), port 5432 failed: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
              Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?

The message appears after approximately 5 sec. If you close the wizard before the message appears, QGIS crashes.
The problem has been reproduced for QGIS 3.28 and 3.34, using Model Baker 7.10.6 and 7.10.7.
(this is more a documentation of an issue than a change request, it doesn't really affect everyday work..)

Hm. Thanks for reporting.
Can you provide some more information? On what page this error appears and are the connection parameter really wrong or does it reply this "unjustified"?

The details to the error are rather simple: we don't have any databases running on our local work stations, they run on various servers. I don't know why model baker checks for a database on localhost, but there sure isn't any to connect to.

I have the same issue but without crash with Model Baker 8.0.0 (QGIS 3.34.4 LTR):

Version 8.0.0

As soon as I open the Workflow Wizard (Import/Export Wizard) without any further action I get several error messages in the modelbaker error tab concerning failed database connections:

I wonder why Model Baker is trying to connect to localhost. Same here: No PostgreSQL installation on the local machine.
