HTTP Basic Authentication

I use HTTP Basic authentication on my OpenHAB server at home. This Mycroft skill does not support authentication. I've made some small modifications to the code on my own Mycroft system to support HTTP Basic Authentication. I've also updated settingsmeta.yaml to allow the user to configure the credentials within the Mycroft web UI. If this is a useful feature for others I'd be happy to make a pull request to get this merged into the master.

I would be happy if you can show us your changes, because I don't think Mycroft will let this skill go online. I have managed to install the skill but don't know how to setup and configurate the skill and openhab.
