[Spec insert]: Add "All" as a data type output

Currently, the Spec Insert tool inserts the following when a parameter or field supports all Data Types:

| `_source` | Array of Strings or String or Object or Boolean | Defines how to fetch a source. Fetching can be disabled entirely, or the source can be filtered. |

Instead of "Array of Strings or String or Object or Boolean", tweak the Spec Insert tool so that it outputs All as the Data Type for this scenario.

We also need to fix the capitalization of the Data Type column so that its sentence case. In other words, "Array of Objects or Strings" becomes "Array of objects or strings".
