Captions can't be retrieved sometimes

This error message is confusing and bad:

> Could not import caption file, because /home/ubuntu/video-processor/bin/../video/No captions found. does not exist

This was 7 minutes after:

> Found and stored new House video, for 20180125

So I assume that's the file in question.
