Use DocumentCarousel and support provisioning in ComposeWallet

In ComposeWallet, we should do the following

• Use DocumentCarousel from Multipaz 0.96.0 to show the documents we have
• Add a Floating Action Button to add new documents. This should initiate provisioning from issuer.multipaz.org for mDL, EU PID, and in the future other document types
• Add hooks for OpenID4VCI for URI scheme
• Remove hard-coded in-app provisioning code
• Add hooks for OpenID4VCI via Credman (pending #1076)
