Create / fork example projects to automatically test OpenRewrite migrations #115

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Camunda was used in a lot of different contexts with a lot of different frameworks. To make sure that these migration scripts cover a lot of those technological choices, we should create or fork some projects using Camunda, migrate them and then run tests on them in an automated pipeline
Additional context
Some technologies I can imagine are Maven, Gradle, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Wildfly, Tomcat, Embedded Engines, Standalone Engines...
