Create & store personal access token

The Maintenance workflow needs to be able to push changes to the protected main branch. The workflow uses the github-auto-commit-action.

To perform these changes the action needs a personal access token, see documentation.

Added MAINTENANCE_WORKFLOW as an repository secret with the token

I'm using now the add-and-commit action. This does not need a personal access token.

The token has been deleted fom the repository settings.
