[Feature Request] Add MCP Output Schema Compliance

Hi! First, thank you for this excellent package - it's been really helpful for our Laravel MCP integration.

Issue

The package currently doesn't support output schemas as defined in mcp-server-tools.md.

Request

Could you add support for:

• Output schema declaration in tools
• Structured content responses with structuredContent field
• Schema validation of tool outputs

This would make the package fully compliant with the MCP standard and improve compatibility with MCP clients.
