Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is that during an connection upgrade to websocket, it was not possible to add a ProxyPass Rule which would fit the needs in order to proxy the connection upgrade request to the destination needed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include the possibility to use ProxyPassMatch and LocationMatch in order to use RegExp for proxying URLs

As discussed in the forum we can add it in the same reduced scope to fix the trailing / path issued, the same issue that RedirectMatch solved.

Im not sure we will add full regex support here, just the ProxyPassMatch and a predefined condition to fix this common issue for tomcat and subpaths or url hashs in subpaths.
