HEVC Video Extensions?

Is it possible to install the HEVC encoder or the HEVC Video Extensions into a bottles instance? Forgive an absolute beginner please. Synology Surveillance Station app, security cameras, wants the HEVC Video Extensions installed to look at H.265 streams. I've tried to change the streams of the camera first, but that didn't seem to be possible.

Bottles version 51.18 if it matters/helps.

I started to use Zen browser and the the web version to watch the cameras. I didn't get bottles to start the app with that HEVC Extensions.

Right now i'm using Thorium Browser and it work but the stream is very slow.
