RPG IV Ruler

I've finally got the ruler to appear in my RPG IV code, but not a fan of the layout/look it provides for the line that the cursor is located on. I'd like to attempt to modify it if I can. If there are no customization settings, then I'd like to work on the code itself. Where is that piece of code located? I sit in the core code4i extension or another supported extension?

I've disabled it and now have 3 new features in my rpgiv2free extension that provide this capability but more "RDi-like".
A ruler or columnar outline is now optionally visible to show columnar boundaries.
A new tab key capture moves the cursor to the next Spec column location and highlights the entire column--must less intrusive than the Ruler in the vscode4i extension.
A new Enter key that works like a line editor, in that it goes to a new line and insert a spec of the same type as the current spec and then jumps over the cursor to the first non-blank position of that prior line.
