Keep Bitchat running in the background on iPhones to increase message reliability

I'm actively testing Bitchat in TestFlight on iPhone. The app shows incredible promise, but its utility would increase dramatically if it supported background Bluetooth mesh operation.

Could you please consider:

1. Implementing iOS background modes for both bluetooth-central and bluetooth-peripheral to enable persistent BLE scanning and advertising.
2. Applying for Apple entitlements similar to those granted for emergency/wearable use cases.
3. Leveraging background task APIs or companion watchOS accessories to maintain connectivity when the app is suspended or the device is locked.

This would make Bitchat far more reliable in real-world scenarios where users cannot keep the app in the foreground (e.g. during protests, events, or emergencies).
