Support Russian and Ukrainian languages

Just one thing I noticed: the interface is only in English right now. I think it’d be awesome if you could add support for Russian and Ukrainian languages — there’s definitely a bunch of folks from Eastern Europe who’d love to use this app, especially in places where internet access isn’t great or just for local peer-to-peer stuff.

Even just translating the main UI labels like:

•	offline communication
•	no tracking
•	set your nickname…

…would already make a big difference.
