Live matrix chat on the website

would be good to have so that newbies that don't know matrix yet, have a view how it works

Even though I think it's not a bad idea, I wouldn't use the solution they seem to use on https://openstreetmap.cz/matrix because it's Matrix Live, a project that's not maintained for the past 4 years.

But I've found Cactus Comment that looks promising and is actively maintained.
