ossec-control version info wrong in ubuntu jammy dpkg

Have deployed ossec-hids-agent 3.8 via the ubuntu repo on some 22.04 LTS 'jammy' VMs. It seems to deploy a version of /etc/ossec-init.conf which contains

VERSION="v3.7.0"
```
This leads to all the shell commands (such as ossec-control) to misreport their version number in the logs. Small issue but lead me down a rabbithole!
