Fetature Request: Native S3 bucket Virtual dir or Apple to select files from s3. 

Hi. I want to be able to read files directly from a s3 bucket. For example like gdal vsis3 virtual dir. 

This would be really useful because I can not mount files from s3 into a docker container without runner the container as privileged.
