- Confirmed host and guest lineup
- Episode-specific timing and flow
Production Infrastructure
Complete trial recording session with core team
Role descriptions and responsibilities documented for: (Seba)
- Show runner (project manager/producer)
- Podcast engineer
- Editorial team workflow
Basic production playbook covering:
- Pre-production checklist
- Recording guidelines
- Post-production workflow
- Quality control steps
Business Foundation: (Seba)
Secured initial sponsor commitments for first 3 episodes
Detailed Year 1 budget including:
- Production costs
- Team compensation
- Equipment/software needs
- Sponsor projections
Buy-in from OWASP leadership (Andrew/Starr) with documented feedback
