Extract

MSBF extracts are partitioned by quadkey into GZipped GeoJSON-NL files in this repository. Using the dataset-links.csv file, we can quickly pull out the quadkeys representing the US

Note

Implementation detail: the file names in the dataset links are not unique. So, when saving to disk, we should use the quadkey as the filename, i.e. <quadkey>.geojsons, since these are unique.
