Option to make all triggers/actions in a folder Sequential and NOT async

#I usually tend to use triggers as "functions" and want their actions to proceed in a sync'd predictable order, but it can be somewhat annoying to constantly have to uncheck async for each action. Helpful for debugging and predictable behavior.
