Filter out RDT from loot notifications

Describe your Suggestion

Add a checkbox or toggle to filter out drops in the rare drop table from loot notifications

Reasoning

Rare drop table is filled with junk that is way too rare and is just annoying if its sent to the discord servers.

I know that you can add stuff to the denylist but it would be nice to have one catch-all items to clear out the denylist a bit.
