We're having troubles with level up screenshots in our server, I was wondering if anyone else is?

Some of our GIM members can't see the screenshots (see the screenshot below, the notification is sent at the top of the screenshot, but no image is there), whereas others can see it.

Things we've tried:

• Uninstalling Dink and reinstalling (didn't fix it)
• Creating a new discord channel (didn't fix it)
• Accessing the image URL directly (it loads when posted in discord e.g. https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1411862929099194600/1411863138248167505/lootImage.png?ex=68b63383&is=68b4e203&hm=c6801afd961186941ef9c3931976af2829881a49f6118e84068e3d2c9917937a&=&format=webp&quality=lossless&width=1435&height=864)

Can you screenshot the exact same webhook both with the image failing the load (as you posted) and the image successfully loading?

Does the image failing to load happen on Discord in a web browser, and if so, can the user has the network tab results of the image failing to load?

Thanks @pajlada for getting back to me.

For context:

• Users it's working for (on all machines, and on the web browser + desktop app)
  • Me (based in the UK)
• Users it's not working for (on mobile discord app)
  • 3 users (based in USA / Canada)

I wonder if there's a problem with users outside of the UK?

Also one user is reporting that all previous screenshots are not showing even from the past which were previously working.

Update: It seems to be working for one of my GIM members when browsing the discord channel in the browser! I've asked them to check the discord desktop app.

Seems like #769 again; we can keep this issue open but it's likely some weird discord cdn/rendering issue

Have you tried connecting to a VPN?

Have you tried changing your connection type (e.g. wifi to 5g, or 5g to wifi)?

I’m not sure if My reply went through earlier, but

Discord mobile for me and my 5 friends who all use it in our channel ( 4 US East and 2 people are located in Nova Scotia)

Discord PC app it works flawlessly as always.

I’m routinely on and off a VPN and WiFi / 5g, and the issue stays the same.

We noticed it stop working approximately 4 days ago, and now when I scroll back weeks / months. All the pictures that were previously there on mobile have been removed.

We are all 6 on iPhones if that matters.

Weirdly enough, I also just realized that the picture preview is available on my notifications screen, but not once I click on it and open discord

It wasn't working for me either, but I updated discord (iOS) and now it works again.

I forgot to comment the other day but I noticed images that were not inside embeds, but were in the pins in said channel, were not showing up on mobile either. Tapping the pinned message to jump to it showed the image loaded as expected.

+1 on iOS Discord app fixing this for me. Wasn't working since the last Discord app update.
