A Message Saying to Start Pickpocketing to Hide Entities/Activate the Plugin #53

I'm not sure how doable this one is so I'll let you decide that. This would require 2 changes to get this working how I imagine it.

For a bit of context, a lot of players learn about his plugin by asking how to remove players or NPC's from standing on top of the knight and someone recommends this plugin. When they install it, they need to start pickpocketing to activate the features and currently there isn't a clear indicator for this. This results in some saying "The plugin isn't working" or something similar. This leads me to the 2nd change.

Currently the plugin only checks for a splasher when you start thieving. It would be nice for it to check periodically for a splasher but this would end up wasting resources if someone leaves the plugin on and moves onto another skill. So what I am proposing is when the plugin is turned on, it checks for a splasher.

So if we combine these; When someone turns on the plugin and there is a splasher, it sends the chat message, "Splasher found: (splasher's name here). Start thieving to activate Pickpocket Helper".

I thought about asking you to do this in an infobox but that would require more checks. For example, what if the person has the plugin on and is just banking in Ardy and the infobox pops up. The plugin would need to check if they leave the vicinity of the splasher. Just having the message pop up in the chat box would avoid this issue.

Edit: I just realized this would probably add some time to the startup when launching Runelite since plugin's "turn on" when Runelite is launched. It'd be great if you can separate it to only check for a splasher when the plugin is toggled on and not when Runelite launches. If you can think of another way to tell people to "Start thieving to activate Pickpocket Helper" that wouldn't be as resource intensive, that'd be great. You know way more about this stuff than I do so if you don't think its worth it, don't implement it.
