Parallel erroneously requires Dot balance to transfer USDT to asset hub. #1976

You need at least some Dot to transfer USDT from Parallel to Asset Hub. However, the Dot never gets spent. Believe this is a bug.
Steps to Reproduce
Replace the example steps below with actual steps to reproduce the bug you're reporting.
- Try to send USDT to Asset Hub.
- Fails to send if you do not have some Dot in your account.
Expected vs. Actual Behavior
USDT sends to Asset Hub without requiring Dot in your Parallel Account. I believe you just need Dot on the Asset Hub. However, that equation seems to be a factor of 10 too large.
