feature: Infer list of sections/pages from nav/filesystem

MD pages added to the llms-txt automatically even when inside a nested structure.

Including all pages, but requires manual update when new features added

I could see a flag to reuse pages defined in the nav, only keeping the top-level sections as section separator.

Would that cater to your use-case, or do you really need to include all then exclude specific pages?

Re-using the nav structure is what I assumed this plugin would do, until I dove into the README. Feels duplicative to define the site structure over again for the LLM. Unless there is some reason you'd want to expose a different subset of content?
