Support folder-based browsing from Upload field

Add support for browsing uploads by folder when using the Upload field. Currently, the upload field only shows the usual list of files. Ideally, there would be a config option or built-in ability to navigate via folders here.

• Leverages the folder system that already exists
• Makes it easier to find and organize files
• Improves usability and efficiency

Can I also suggest that the drawer remembers the previous browsing mode, i.e. by folder or as a list of files.
