X52 seems to sporadically restart on page change

Sometimes, when scrolling the left wheel to change pages, the X52 will briefly turn off and back on.

LEDs flickering and brief loss of input occasionally happening during page changes seems to be a known issue with the Saitek SDK for controlling the MFD. It seems like this issue can be somewhat mitigated by rate limiting communications to the MFD but it does not seem to eliminate the issue. Given there are several other programs using the SDK reporting the same issue, this is likely unfixable. That being said, if anyone has any information or knows how to fix this issue, comments and PRs are welcome
