Because apicache has this bug, when you set:
headers: {
'cache-control': 'no-cache'
}
But the cache-control value is still expired=xxx, you can see kwhitley/apicache#198

Thank you for the issues.But I don't have time to patch it recently.
So if possible, please contribute code merge.
