Add field validation for service API #7

Description
Some fields in IAM/IDM API calls have restrictions on what characters can be used. Ideally we should validate these in the library before making the server side call.
We should do a test implemntation for the service API, specifically the name and description fields have a set of invalid characters that should be checked.
