Added currency code as a parameter to trackTransaction for transactions in js interface and android side.
Tested with PhoneGap 2.9 on iOS.
iOS ecommerce and android currency support
Added setDimension and setMetric methods to plugin's js and ios parts.

In android, we now expect to recieve prices and total amounts in micros as in ios.
Fix to android transaction tracking.

I've added Ecommerce transaction tracking for Android. As well as option to set the GA tracking to debug mode.
