Output data saved with typo

Background: Landmark selection saves transformation in file named 'transfromation.json'.
Expected Behavior: Transformation saved in file named 'transformation.json'.

Issue present in phytooracle_data/scanner3dTop.py lines 90 and 92.

YAMLs used in phytooracle/automation would need updated for the correct path.
