Pull latest changes from jahoey for ABC documentation

@jahoey Can you please make a pull request from the jahoey fork of pinskylab_methods? I'd like to integrate your changes to the ABC Guide

@mstuart1 We seem to have lost the pinskylab_methods/genomics guides that used to be here? Like Jennifer's guide to ABC. Instead we have a link to your clownfish genomics repo.

Side note: if anything seems to have "gone missing" it can always be found by going back in the commits to a version of the repo where it exsisted. Asking me is faster because I never throw anything away, I just put it into a "graveyard" and my searchbar skills are top notch, but if I'm unavailable the version history is always an option.

For example, in this instance, click on the repo "587 commits" and scroll down to where I have a commit that says "moved genomics to genomics repo". Go to the commit before that and click on the "<>" button. Drill down through the genomics and analysis folders and you will find the guides.
