docs: post project documentation

# Description
After project will be finished some docs update is required.
- pretty readme
- updated uml diagrams
- make sure main branch works maybe create some default run configuration

In readme there should be:
- idea
- how it works 
- motivation
- how to run the demo
- some demo overview
