Shortcuts to launch Apps from CosmicAppList

Currently, Super + <Num> is reserved for switching workspaces. To avoid conflicts we can use Alt + <Num> to launch apps from the AppTray.

Example:

• Pressing Alt + 1 launches the first app in the AppTray.
• Pressing Alt + 2 launches the second app, and so on.

Rationale:

• This way of launching apps is common in other desktop environments.
• It aligns with the typical usage of key-binds in window managers, which are often dedicated to launching applications.
