Is mobile hotspot feature still in development?

I was looking for an option to enable hotspot so I could share my connection with my other devices, but it doesn't seem to be there yet, so I thought to ask if that's the case and whether or not is it in your roadmap to implement it into COSMIC Settings before the final release.
