[FEATURE REQUEST] speed up download/loading like nala

At the moment packages download and load pretty slowly even on a good internet connection; it would be really nice to do things in parallel like Nala does, which is a front-end for libapt-pkg.

Cosmic store could possibly even use nala, but there might be some drawbacks (this is an old article and nala has had many fixes since).
