[Feature Request] Hide "Update All" button after it's pressed

Issue/Description:
When the "Update All" button under updates section in COSMIC Store is pressed, it remains visible and can be pressed again. This leads to multiple redundant update operations being triggered simultaneously, which is not only incorrect behavior but also increases memory and system resource usage.

  Installed: 0.1.0~1752090764~24.04~48669b9

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open COSMIC Store
• Press the "Update All" button
• Press it again multiple times while updates are still in progress

Expected Behavior:
The "Update All" button should be hidden or disabled immediately after it is pressed, and re-enabled only after all updates have completed & new updates are available.
