(Bug) The "cat /dev/random" command can't be stopped with Ctrl+C

It continues to print the random values even after multiple Ctrl+C invocations.

KDE Konsole can stop it, but you need to clean the output.

I was able to replicate this on Pop!_OS 24.04.

I'm not sure why "6c" is what it decides to keep printing, but that does seem to be consistent across attempts to replicate the bug.

I just checked out of curiosity, and this also happens with cat /dev/urandom.
