[Bug] Inconsistent Workspace Looping Behavior Between Trackpad Gestures, Keyboard Shortcuts, and Applet #195

Summary:
There’s an inconsistency in how workspace navigation behaves depending on the input method:
- Keyboard shortcuts and the numbered workspaces applet allow looping — moving from the last workspace to the first (and vice versa).
- Trackpad gestures do not loop — swiping past the first or last workspace stops at the edge.
It’s unclear whether this discrepancy is intentional or not.
