[Bug] Realtime preview of a window stops when moved across workspaces

Issue/Description:
When moving a window between workspaces, the realtime preview of the window in the overview stops updating correctly.
For example, if Cosmic Player is playing a video and is moved from Workspace-1 to Workspace-2, the small preview continues showing realtime playback, but the actual window frame becomes static. The window only resumes proper realtime rendering after switching back to Workspace-1 and then again to Workspace-2.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Play a visual media in a video player or on the browser on Workspace-1.
• Open the workspace overview
• Move the window to Workspace-2.
• Select workspace-2 in overview and observe the small window preview vs. actual window.
• Switch back to Workspace-1 and then to Workspace-2 again to temporarily fix it.

Expected Behavior:
The window should continue rendering in realtime immediately after being moved to the new workspace, without requiring back-and-forth workspace switching.

Other Notes:
This works as expected when moved to the last pinned or dynamic workspace.
